30 minutes of temporary paralysis, numbness in legs, from waist down, with pins, needles sensations, following it, due to physical trauma injuries ON THE 22ND OF SEPTEMBER I WAS ABLE TO WALK 4 MILES, THREE TIMES, THAT DAY, WITH SOME CROSSWALK STOPS, A DRINK BREAK, AND A MEAL BREAK, IN BETWEEN. That's 12 total miles of walking, at a slow to moderate pace, on that day.
