IT MUST HELP TO CONSUME THAT, ESPECIALLY WITH PEANUT BUTTER. 

IT REQUIRES SEEDS, AND NUTS.

I WOULD LEAVE ANTHONY, MY SON, A TODDLER, IN THE HOUSE WITH THEM, AND WALK THEIR DOG, ON THE BEACH, THREE TIMES PER DAY, EVERYDAY TOO. 

POSSIBLY, THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE NEED TO DO, TO STAY HEALTHIER DURING THE PANDEMIC. 

IF WALKING THREE TIMES PER DAY, A HALF-HOUR, EACH WALK, THEY WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE.
