HE ADVISED ME TO BUILD CARTILAGE, TENDONS, AND MUSCLES, NOT JUST BONE DENSITY, AS I ATTEMPTED TO DO LONG DISTANCE RUNNING. 

THE BULL DIESEL DYKKKES, THERE WERE ALL VIOLENT PEDOPHILES, TRYING TO DIET ADULT PEOPLE TO EMACIATED TEN YEAR OLD SIZES.

I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE CARDIO ENDURANCE TRAINING, WITHOUT MUCH DIFFICULTY, DUE TO HIS SOUND ADVICE.
