REMEMBER, CHECK BIG LOTS FOR PANTRY ITEMS, E.G. LOW SODIUM V-8 JUICE INSTEAD OF HAVING SODAS. TRY ADDING USDA ORGANIC CARROT JUICE TO IT, TO LOWER THE ACIDITY. USE THAT IN BEEF STEWS, AND ADD MEXICAN SEASONING SPICE MIXES IN, FOR EXTRA FLAVOR.
