ONCE, I WAS SITTING ON THE STEPS, AT RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATER PARK, PRAYING ABOUT MY CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH.

I WAS SKINNY, TIRED, BUT DECIDED TO WRITE A JOURNAL ENTRY ABOUT HEALTH.

I ATTEMPTED THE ROWING MACHINES.

TYPICALLY, I AM NOT INTO FITNESS, BEYOND YOGA, AND HULA DANCING.

EVENTUALLY, I STARTED RUNNING.

IT TOOK SO LONG TO PREPARE FOR RUNNING, ON THE ELLIPTICAL TRAINERS.

WELL, I HAVE NOT HAD A HEART ATTACK...FROM ANY OF THAT, THANKFULLY.

SOME PEOPLE DO HAVE HEART ATTACKS, JUST FROM RUNNING...BUT, I TRIED TO DO THE BALLET, GYMNASTICS, KARATE, MUAY THAI, BOXING, KICKBOXING WORKOUT ROUTINES, ETC.

APPARENTLY, YOUR BODY CAN BECOME IMMUNE TO THE PREVIOUS WORKOUTS, IF IT WAS ONLY BOOT CAMP ONES.

BTW, I FOUND OUT THAT THE MEN'S GYMNASTICS RINGS WERE USEFUL TOO.

I USED FITDAY.COM, ZONE DIET SUPPLEMENT BARS, BREWER'S YEAST, AND THE PRITIKIN DIET PLANS, SOMETIMES.

THAT WAY, I COULD KEEP EXTREMELY LOW CHOLESTEROL LEVELS, WITH EXTREMELY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE LEVELS.
